The Purpose and Intent of this IFB is to receive of bids from one (1) or more qualified source(s) for the procurement of replacement of roofs for three (3) buildings in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The Town may opt to make multiple contract awards from this Solicitation. The resulting Contract(s) shall be used as the primary source for the services described herein.
