Community Development and Zoning staff provide professional guidance in planning for the Town's future and promoting the community's health, safety, and general welfare.  

Community Development and  Zoning staff provide the primary staff support to the Planning Commission (PC) and Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA), in addition to supporting the Town Council and other planning matters as needed.
