IMPORTANT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: MAIN STREET CLOSURE FROM CHASE/MILFORD TO COURTHOUSE LANE BEGINS MAY 19

Beginning Monday, May 19, 2025, the Town of Bowling Green will begin an emergency sewer line replacement along Main Street as part of a critical infrastructure repair project. 

🔧 Project Details: 
• Scope: Sewer line replacement 
• Construction Timeline: May 19 – June 30 (tentative, weather permitting) 
• Safety: Construction zone will be marked off and closed to the public 
• Road Closures: Full road closure on Main Street between Chase St./Milford St. and Courthouse Lane for the duration of the project 
• Sidewalks Closures: Sidewalks are open during the duration of project; temporary closures may occur on an as-needed basis   

Parking Lot Closures: Partial closures of Chase St. Municipal Parking Lot  

Parking Alternatives 

• Business Parking - Parking for customers of Main Street businesses will be available in the designated business parking lots located behind the businesses on the east and west sides of Main Street. 

• Public Parking is available at Town Hall, located at 117 Butler Street, as well as on streets to the North and South of the project zone.
