The 36th Annual Bowling Green Harvest Festival is coming to historic Main Street on October 17, 2026. This dynamic event celebrates our town’s rich heritage and features a major arts and crafts show, three stages of live entertainment, and activities for all ages, including:

We expect the Harvest Festival to attract thousands of local residents, friends, families, and visitors to our community. We would love to welcome you as a vendor.
Vendor Guidelines & Application Requirements
To apply, please submit the requested information below along with three (3) photos of your items and one (1) photo of your booth display.
- Handcrafted Rule: The majority of the items in your booth must be handmade or created by you. (Side streets will be made available to vendors who sell commercial or non-handmade products).
- Booth Size: 10' x 10' space. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and chairs.
- Location: The streets of historic Bowling Green, VA.
- Fee: See the attached chart.
- Payment: Applications will not be considered complete until payment is received.
- Refund Policy: Vendor fees are non-refundable unless your application is declined or the event is canceled due to health and safety conditions.
Important Dates & Deadlines
- Application Deadline: September 4, 2026
- Vendor Notification: On or before September 15, 2026 (via acceptance packet or letter of decision)
Kids’’ Vendor Village
The Kids’’ Vendor Village is open to youth entrepreneurs aged 17 and younger. All standard rules and regulations apply. If interested, please complete the specific Kids’’ Vendor Village Application attached to this document.
