The Town of Bowling Green is hiring for a full-time Capital Projects & Grants Manager position.

The Town of Bowling Green is seeking a Capital Projects & Grants Manager to lead the Town’s capital program, managing utility infrastructure projects and the grant- and loan-funded initiatives that support them from inception through closeout. The position is responsible for planning, budgeting, procurement, permitting, construction administration, regulatory compliance, and funding administration for the Town’s drinking water and sewer systems, while also supporting other municipal capital projects as assigned. 

The work requires a working knowledge of water and wastewater system planning, design, and construction practices, as well as the funding, procurement, and compliance frameworks governing publicly funded utility improvements. The position may directly supervise or manage assigned personnel and consultants. Work is performed independently under the general supervision of the Town Manager, with responsibility for coordinating engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and funding partners to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
