The Town of Bowling Green will begin a planned sewer repair and replacement project on North Main Street beginning Monday, June 22. The road will close at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, June 22. Please expect construction activity from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. This portion of Main Street will remain closed Monday through Sunday during construction. Please follow detour signs during this time. The closure will extend from Sunset Drive to Courthouse Lane.
Please note the following during this project:
- The roadway will be open to local traffic only.
- Trucks are prohibited in the closure area.
- Homeowners on Sunset Drive and Oak Ridge will have access to their properties. We ask you to please use caution when traveling through the work zone.
- Sidewalks in this area will be closed for the duration of construction.
Weather permitting, the project is scheduled for completion on Friday, July 3.
