Bowling Green Launches New Platform to Strengthen 
Connection with Residents

Bowling Green, VA — The Town of Bowling Green is excited to announce the launch of a new platform on our Town Website to connect with residents, create transparency, and improve access.

The new platform is called “Rep’d,” and it allows residents to ask questions of the Town. In response, residents will receive either an instant AI-generated answer, or a short video response from a member of Town staff. Bowling Green is the second locality in Virginia partnering with Rep’d to better connect with constituents.

“This is a free initiative, and we are thankful for our partnerships with Rep’d Staff to help increase access to readily available information by leveraging technology” said Bowling Green Town Manager, India Adams-Jacobs.
